Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and Sri Suresh Chandra, Pandey, Advocate, who has filed his Power today on behalf of opposite party no.4, which is taken on record. 2. Petitioner has approached this Court for the following main reliefs: "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Opposite Party No.2 & 3 to take immediate and effective steps to ensure the refund of Rs.1, 66,000/- to the Petitioner's bank account. (ii) To direct the Opposite Party No.2 & 3 to conduct an inquiry into the wrongful reversal of funds and take necessary legal action against the persons responsible. (iii) To direct the Opposite Party No.2 & 3 to take strict action against the banking authorities and concerned officers for their negligence in handling the Petitioner's transactions." 3. Learned counsel for the Bank Sri Suresh Chandra Pandey submits that the amount has been retained by the Bank under the orders of a Court. A copy of the said order has been provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner today in Court. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings as permissible under law with regard to Court proceedings pending regarding the bank account. 5. With the aforesaid liberty, present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn. .
