The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 31.05.2018, whereby the premises in question was released in favour of the landlord on an application being filed for personal need. The trial court framed as many as three issues and on all the three issues, the findings of fact have been recorded in favour of the landlord. The petitioner preferred an appeal, which was dismissed vide order dated 26.03.2021. The appellate court also considered the evidence as was led inter se in between the parties. 3. Considering the fact that the findings of fact have been recorded, no interference is called for. The writ petition is dismissed.
