The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a order or direction to directing the opposite party to decide the case no. 522/2025, 'Suraj Dixti and another case U/S-13-B Hindu Marriage Act expeditiously, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the parties are living separately since 15.12.2020 and both the parties have moved an application that there is no likelihood of any settlement, the Family Court is directed to consider and decide the Case No.522 of 2025 under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act after waving off the cooling period of six months in terms of the mandate of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Amardeep Singh Vs. Harveen Kaur (2017) 8 SCC 746 with all expedition positively within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 4. The petition stands disposed of.
