For non-compliance of the said order, the present contempt case is filed. 2. Learned Government Pleader, Sri Pullagura Nagaraju, appearing for the respondents has furnished the proceedings in Memo No.REV01-CPEOCPEV/7/2025-VIG-IV, dated 19.05.2025. 3. As seen from the said proceedings, it transpires that the disciplinary proceedings initiated vide TEC.No.181/2013, dated 03.11.2017 against the petitioner are treated as closed. 4. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
