Without going into the respective contentions of either side, the present petition is disposed of with directions to the appropriate authority to transfer the petitioner from District Jail, Faridabad to Bhondsi Jail, Gurgaon. 3. The Jail authorities shall ensure that the petitioner is provided adequate treatment, if so required. 4. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
