1. Dr. N. Mozika, learned DSGI assisted by Ms. M. Myrchiang, learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the order of the Single Bench has been upheld by the Division Bench of the Court, with additional directions, and that the respondents will ensure due compliance of the same.
2. Mr. K. Paul, learned Senior counsel assisted by Ms. R. Dutta, learned counsel for the petitioner concurs to the submission made by the learned DSGI, however prays that liberty be given to approach this Court again, if the order is not complied with expeditiously.
3. The prayer is allowed, accordingly as nothing remains for consideration, this contempt stands closed and disposed.
