The present petition has been filed with the following reliefs: "i. Issue a writ order or direction nature of nature of Mandamus direct the opposite parties to compliance the order passed the Assistant Collector,/Tehsildar, Ekauna, District- Shravasti. ii. Issue a writ order or direction natures of nature of Mandamus direct the opposite parties to remove the illegal encroachment of the opposite party no 5 by which he has encroached / constructing illegal construction of the Government/Gram Sabha land in Gata No. 780 in situated Village- Khaira Kala, Pargana- Bahraich, Tahsil- Ekuona, District- Shravasti. " 3. Considering the fact that the enforcement of the order is prescribed under Rule 460 of the U.P. Revenue Court Manual, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an application under Rule 460 of the U.P. Revenue Court Manual and in case, such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law with all expedition.
