Considering the aforesaid and the fact that the petition is at the nuasant stage and no notice has been issued to the private- respondents as yet. Accordingly, there is no legal impediment in allowing the said application. Hence, the instant application is allowed, as a consequence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
