This is clearly evident from the repeated adjournments sought by him for the last four years. 2. Even today, the original counsel for the petitioner has failed to put in appearance and adjournment prayed for, which is declined, as the vice counsel despite being put to notice that the 2 Neutral Citation No. ( 2025:HHC:20030 ) case shall be finally heard today, is not at all ready to argue and only seeks adjournment. 3. Accordingly, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the instant petition, being gross abuse of the process of law. Ordered accordingly.
