During course of hearing, Mr.T.Amjad Khan, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order of the Court is complied with by issuing necessary proceedings on 12.04.2024 and 28.03.2025. He further submits that, thereafter, on 02.04.2025 to 08.04.2025, the entire amount recovered from the petitioner has been reimbursed to the petitioner and credited into his account. The learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same. 3. In view of the above factual position, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition.
