This contempt petition is filed to punish the Respondent / Contemnor for willfully disobeying the order made in W.P.(MD) No.24604 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024. 2.It is alleged that this Court while disposing of W.P.(MD)No.24604 of 2024, had directed the third respondent/ The Revenue Divisional Officer, Sivagangai, to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD).No.24604 of 2024, dated 18.10.2024 has not been complied with by the respondent, the present contempt petition has been filed. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 05.09.2024 has been considered by the respondent. He would further submit that finding the vehicle has been un-authorizedly parked, the traffic police has also imposed fine.
