The case of the prosecution as putforth by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police, opposing for grant of anticipatory bail, is that, the petitioner along with other accused illegally transported 3 units of pebbles without valid permit. He would further submit that the petitioner has 6 previous cases, out of which, 4 cases relates to similar nature of offence. 4. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record, considering the bad antecedents against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
