The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are being troubled by respondent No.3 and are repeatedly being called to the police station, where they are being pressured to pay an amount of Rs.20,00,000/- to some unknown persons who are allegedly instigating respondent No.3 to force the petitioners to make such amount. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioner No.1 is the mother of petitioner No.2 and petitioner No.3 is the wife of the petitioner No.2. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that petitioner No.2 had collected certain amounts from villagers under the pretext of providing jobs, and that he failed to repay the same. In this regard, respondent No.3 called petitioner No.2 and also petitioner No.1. 4. Considering the submissions, there shall be a direction to the respondent No.3 not to disturb the peace of the petitioners without following the due process of law. In any case, petitioner Nos.1 and 3 are not alleged to have collected any money. 5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed off.
