Heard Ms. Vandana Modanwal, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to decide the Execution Case no. 94 of 2024 expeditiously. 3. It is argued by the counsel for the petitioner that suit filed by the petitioner was dismissed, however, the first appeal filed was allowed against which, second appeal has been preferred, however, no interim order has been passed by the second appeal Court and despite there being no injunction, the execution has not been decided. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of directing the Executing Court to take steps for expeditious execution in accordance with law and decide the execution case preferably within a period of six months.
