The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 27.02.2017 whereby, the release application filed by the landlord under Section 21(1)(a) of the U.P. Act No.13 of 1972 is allowed as well as the order dated 01.12.2021 whereby, the appeal was dismissed. 3. A perusal of both the orders reveals that specific findings of fact after appreciation of evidence were recorded with regard to bona fide need. 4. No interference is called for.
