This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 18.01.2025 bearing Case Crime No./FIR No.70 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 126/135 BNS, at Police Station- Gosaiganj District- Lucknow. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the challani report in appropriate proceedings as permissible under law. 4.
