For the Respondent: Mr. Rajan Kahol, Additional Advocate General. _______________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): While placing on record communication dated 30.08.2025, issued under the signatures of Deputy Director School Education (Elementary) District Sirmour at Nahan, Himachal Pradesh Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that the mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, stands duly complied with. 2. Having perused the aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that petitioner has been granted pay scale of Rs. 5480-8925/- in terms of the judgment passed in Madan Lal Sharma case. Instructions with regard to release of arrears as well as other monetary benefits have been issued to the concerned quarter. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly same is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent to ensure that consequential benefits 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 flowing from aforesaid compliance, if not already released, shall be released within a period of three months.
