The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 18/10/2024 passed by this Court in WPS No. 5195 of 2024. 2. Learned State counsel would submit that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and he placed before this Court copy of registration issued by the Office of the Collector dated 17/01/2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner do not object to the said submission, however, he would submit that some over writing is existing in the said ASHUTOSH MISHRA Digitally signed by ASHUTOSH MISHRA Date: 2025.02.20 15:17:26 +0530 2 / 2 certificate and there is no initial over the said over writing. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the document i.e. the certificate dated 17/01/2025 produced by learned counsel for the State. Perusal of the certificate dated 17/01/2025 shows that the petitioner has been registered as inter state agricultural cattle businessman. The said document is taken on record. However, with regard to the apprehension raised by learned counsel for the petitioner about over writing in the said certificate, it is directed that the same shall be provided to the petitioner by putting the initial of the issuing authority. 5. Since the order has been complied with, therefore, no deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court is made out. Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is disposed of.
