Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Dilip Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: " (1) Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the concerned opposite parties to remove the illegal encroachment from the Gata nos. 233/0.5060 hectare, 241/1.8460 hectare, 294kh/0.6070 hectare, 320/0.4300 hectare, 326/0.4300 hectare, 328/0.0130 hectare, 330/0.2150 hectare, 722/0.2530 hectare, 748/0.2480 hectare, 781/0.1200 hectare, 786/0.1740 hectare, 788/0.0310 hectare, 790/0.2150 hectare, 804/0.4170 hectare, 1476/1.9600 hectare, 1499/0.2150 hectare, 1506/0.4680 hectare, 1511/0.1070 hectare, 1476/1.9600 hectare, 1499/0.2150 hectare, 1506/0.4680 hectare, 1511/0.1070 hectare and 1559/0.1200 hectare situated in Village Badaura(hadaha), Tahsil- Unnao Sadar, District Unnao, which are recorded as pasture land in revenue records, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has equal efficacious remedy under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to avail the said remedy in accordance with law.
