By this petition under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, the petitioners seek quashing of the FIR bearing Crime No. 146/2019 registered at Police Station, Gol Bazar, Raipur, District Raipur for the offences punishable under Section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2. At the very outset, Mr. Sakib Ahmed, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State/respondent No. 1 submits that the investigation in the matter has been concluded and the charge sheet has also been filed and as such, this petition has been rendered infructuous. 3. In view of the above submission, Ms. Singhai, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take recourse to law, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the charge sheet. 4. It is ordered accordingly. 5. Consequently, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforestated liberty.
