Since, the rights of the petitioners apparently appears to have been protected and there is nothing on record to indicate as to whether there is any deliberate delay, consequently, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petitioners, accordingly, the petition is dismissed, however, it is made clear that in case, if any cause of action arises in future, this order will not come in the way of the petitioners.
