Heard the counsel for the petitioner and Sri Alok Saxena who appears for the respondent Bank. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 05.11.2024 passed by the DRT Lucknow in SA No.643 of 2024. 3. The submission of the counsel for the petitioner is that by means of the impugned order, the DRT has recalled its own order dated 23.09.2024 which power, according to him, is not vested with the DRT. 4. Be that as it may, the fact remains that the matter is fixed for final hearing on 17.04.2025. 5. In view thereof, no interference is called for. The writ petition is dismissed. 6. However, the DRT shall decide the matter finally in accordance with law after hearing the parties. 7. Any observations made in the impugned order shall not come in the way for passing the final order.
