The non-applicant has no objection in case 50% of the amount lying deposited with the Registry of this Court along with proportionate interest accrued thereupon is ordered to be released in favour of the present applicants. Appeal in the case at hand was decided on 27.07.2018. No further proceedings are pending against the same before the Apex Court. Other than the aforesaid, for the reasons stated in the application, 50% of amount lying deposited with the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants i.e respondents No. 2,3,5 and 6 alongwith proportionate interest accrued thereupon. The same be remitted in accordance with the shares as have been stated in para 5 of the application. The amount be remitted to the bank account details whereof have been given at Annexure R-1., subject to proper verification of their identities. The application stands disposed of. (Bipin C.
