Sri Ram Kumar Singh, learned counsel has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of private respondent no. 5 which is taken on record who raised a preliminary objection that since the order emanates from the proceedings suit preferred under Section 229-B of the Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950. The learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at some length submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to assail the orders impugned in the appropriate Forum as the proceedings are emanating from a suit filed under Section 229-B of the Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. In case if the learned counsel for the petitioner moves an application for return of the certified copies, the office shall do the needful within a period of three days.
