Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against all the petitioners on 25.12.2024 and the cognizance has already been taken against the said charge-sheet on 15.04.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that he has advised to challenge the charge-sheet in the appropriate proceedings before this Court, if so desired. 6. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous. 7. However, it is open to the petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings in this Court, if so advised. 8. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
