Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present petition is filed with the following prayer :- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus commanding and directing the opposite party no.3 to produce the detenue Rubi Devi before this Hon'ble Court and, after setting her at liberty to allow her to go with her free will in the interest of justice. 3. Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. placed written instructions, duly signed by Mr. Mahendra Singh, Sub Inspector, Police Station Rampurkalan, District Sitapur, dated 3.3.2025 and informed that information regarding missing of the detenue was given by the deponent on 25.1.2025, which was entered as G.D. No.28 at 17:00 Hrs. on 25.1.2025. 4. It is evident from the record that one missing report was given to the police with the factum that on 22.1.2025 detenue went out but she did not came back. 5. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, going through the contents of the petition as well as complaint of the deponent, which is annexed at page 12, search of the detenue/victim is going on, therefore, this Court finds that no interference is required, accordingly, the present petition is hereby, dismissed. 6. However, it is open to the applicant to take appropriate remedy, in accordance with the law.
