This is an application seeking review of our final order dated 13.02.2025 passed in Writ C No.1453 of 2025 (Ram Jiyawan Tiwari vs. State of U.P. and 4 Others). The only submission advanced by the applicant seeking review, who was an opposite party in the aforesaid writ petition, is that the opposite party/petitioner himself had executed three sale deeds in respect of his share and vendees had even built their houses on the said land. 3. We, however, do not find any error in our order dated 13.02.2025 as it does not decide anything on merits of the issue. It only says that if there is a decree in favour of the opposite party/petitioner, he can get it executed and if the police officials have acted illegally or malafide, proceedings can be initiated against them. This does not prejudice the rights of the applicant seeking review in any manner nor is there any error in our order. 4. With the aforesaid observations, the review application is dismissed.
