Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Magistrate referred the case of the complainant to the Police under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., without following the judgments of Hon’ble Apex Court in the cases of Ramdev Food Products (P) Ltd. Vs. State of Gujarat1 and Priyanka Srivastava and another Vs. State of U.P. and another2. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Station House Officer, Arundalpet Police Station, Guntur district, is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.217 of 2024, without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner. This would not preclude the Investigating Officer from filing charge sheet/final report. 5. With these observations, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 6.
