Petitioner claims right for execution of sale deed pertaining to part of Gata No.296 and 311, which according to him, was auctioned in favour of his brother, who has died after executing a registered will deed in his favour. The auction took place sometime on 25.03.2000. The petitioner may approach the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned, who may get the facts verified and see if the petitioner has any right in his favour and if the sale deed is required to be executed, but in this process, he shall hear all the persons who may be affected by the right claimed, if required, as per law.
