Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the judgment and order of the Writ Court dated 27.09.2023 passed in Writ A No. 7013 of 2023 has been complied with and an order dated 04.01.2025 has been passed whereby the applicant has been transferred from District Hardoi to District Unnao. On the other hand, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that though the transfer order has been passed but the applicant has yet not been relieved. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the B.S.A. will immediately pass an order of relieving from District Hardoi to join at District Unnao in compliance of the transfer order dated 04.01.2025. In view of the aforesaid, the judgment and order of the Writ Court has been complied with and the present case has become infructuous. As such, the present case is dismissed as infructuous.
