Supplementary affidavit filed by counsel for the petitioner today, is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This petition has been filed for the following relief:- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent No-2/ Collector/Zila Adhikari Basti, to decide the Case No- 13/D202517140000024 (Ram Niranjan versus Jaya Devi & others) under Section -128 U.P. Revenue code 2006 pending before Collector/Zila Adhikari Basti, with in short stipulated time period as directed by this Hon'ble court." 4. The petitioner is a complainant in the aforementioned case. This Court has no information regarding the pendency of cases before respondent No. 2, therefore, no direction can be issued for deciding the case in a fixed time frame. 5. Since, the proceedings are pending, it is expected that the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned. 6.
