In sequel to orders passed by this Court the entire amount of ₹14,22,000/- has now been returned to respondent no.3 by the petitioner – Chunni Lal Kushwaha. 5. Today a Draft No.059909 dated 05.06.2025 of Axis Bank, Branch Roorkee of ₹9,22,000/- has been handed-over to counsel for respondent no.3 who in turn handed it over to son of respondent no.3 before this Court. 6. Now nothing remains to be received by son of respondent no.3 pursuant to the alleged sale-deed executed between the parties on 21.01.2021 (annexure no.4). 7. In view of the fact that the amount of sale consideration has now been received by son of respondent no.3 the impugned F.I.R. No.0297 of 2024 dated 07.10.2024, under Sections 120-B and 420 of IPC registered with Police Station Doiwala, District Dehradun stands quashed. 8. It is made clear that son of respondent no.3 – Shri Saurav Binjola will have no rights and interests 2025:UHC:4606 pursuant to the sale deed annexure no.4 and he shall return the aforesaid sale deed to the petitioner, during course of the day. 9.
