By means of this petition, the petitioner has sought mandamus commanding and directing to the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 to take necessary action against the opposite party nos. 4 to 6 who are accused in Case Crime No.30 of 2025, under Sections 331 (4), 305, 191 (2) 115 (2), 352 B.N.S.. Police Station- Harchandpur, District- Raebareli. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, charge- sheet has been submitted before the supervisory authority on 27.02.2025. In view thereof, if petitioner has any grievance in respect of charge-sheet, petitioner can file his objections before the supervisory authority within a period of ten days from today and the supervisory authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three weeks thereafter. With the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.
