After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to move the appropriate authority raising his grievance and he further seeks liberty that in case if his grievances is not met that the instant order may not come in that way. In case if any such application is moved, needless to say that the appropriate authority shall take note of the same. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
