After hearing the parties what comes out is that petitioners apprehend laying down of 11 KV electricity lines just near the house of the petitioners thereby endangering their lives and liberty and that of their family members. 4. Learned counsel for electricity corporation says that the line is being laid down for providing electricity connection to tubewell as per rules taking into consideration the breadth of the road and the houses existing on both sides. 5. We direct opposite party no.1 to look into the matter and ensure that laying down of lines is strictly in accordance with permissible rules and also in keeping with the rights of the petitioners and does not hinder the same or make their lives insecure in any manner. 6.
