Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the material available on record. 2. The grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition is with regard to the grant of Assured Career Progression on completion of 16 years of services including six years of services from the date of his appointment. 3. After arguing the matte at some length, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall be substantially redressed in case respondent no. 3 i.e., Director Internal Accounts & Audit New Hyderabad Nishatganj, Lucknow is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2024 as contained in Annexure No. 11 to the petition within a stipulated period of time. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not opposed the prayer made by the petitioner. 5. In light of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 i.e., Director Internal Accounts & Audit New Hyderabad Nishatganj, Lucknow to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2024 as contained in Annexure No. 11 to the writ petition by a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law within six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him and communicate the decision to the petitioner. .
