Case No. 109 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 21(b), 21(c), 22(b), 22(c) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Hazaribag. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 9742 of 2024 by order dated 18.12.2024. 4. During the intervening night of 26/27.06.2024, Korrah Police apprehended this petitioner and co-accused namely, Mukesh Mahto. On search, 2.00 kg. of opium was recovered their joint possession. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the seized contraband comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that co-accused Mukesh Mahto has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 1673 of 2025. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Hazaribag in connection with Korrah P.S.
