Mr. Vinay Pandey, learned Deputy Advocate General appearing for the State/petitioners would submit that as respondent No. 1 has already been acquitted by the competent Criminal Court, there is no need to supply required documents. 4. Taking into consideration the fact that respondent No. 1 has already been acquitted, nothing survives for adjudication. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
