The present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid statement of Shri Sinha, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 5 with the direction to the respondent No.3 to consider the application if any submitted by the petitioner for release of security amount and take a considered decision in this regard within a period of three weeks from the receipt of a certified copy of this order.
