This is the second bail application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for releasing the applicant Saibur Rahman Laskar as he is facing trial in Sessions Case No.31/2025. 3. The attendance of the applicant was procured after much effort made by the committal court. Therefore, the conduct of the applicant is not good. 4. He has the liberty to approach this Court after examination of 4(four) prosecution witnesses. With the aforesaid direction, the present bail application stands closed and disposed of.
