Appeal (S.J.) No.654 of 2023. Instant criminal appeal is renewed on the ground that he has remained in custody for about three years after framing of charge and only two witnesses have been examined. Learned A.P.P. submits that factually incorrect submission has been made as four witnesses have been examined out of sixteen. I do not find any change of circumstance for re-considering the bail application, which is accordingly, rejected. Criminal Appeal is dismissed. Learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
