Abdul Jabbar Ahmed, by the Family Court at Sultanpur has not been complied as yet, hence this petition. The Standing Counsel has instructions to inform the court that the date for auction is fixed as 23.3.2025. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the opp. party No. 2 to ensure compliance of the order of the Family Court, referred hereinabove, at the earliest and if it is not complied within 2 months, it is open for the petitioner to initiate fresh proceedings and then the consequences would be serious, unless of course there is any legal impediment in doing so, in which case he shall inform the Family Court as also the petitioner in writing.
