Heard Shri Santosh Kumar Yadav 'Warsi', learned counsel for petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the material available on record. 2. The grievance of the petitioners is that they are entitled for the benefit of the revised pay scale with effect from 01.01.1996 and not with effect from the date when the Government Order dated 06.11.2003 was issued and the respondents have not given the benefit of revised pay scale to the petitioner w.e.f. 01.01.1996. 3. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance of the petitioners shall be substantially redressed in case respondent no. 3 - Principal Chief Conservator of Forest & Head of Department, U.P., Lucknow is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners dated 21.12.2024 as contained in Annexure No. 10 to the writ petition within a stipulated period of time. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not oppose the prayer made by the petitioner. 5. In light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 - Principal Chief Conservator of Forest & Head of Department, U.P., Lucknow to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners dated 21.12.2024 as contained in Annexure No. 10 to the writ petition by a speaking and reasoned order within six weeks in accordance with law from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him. .
