Learned counsel appearing for the Electricity Department states that the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy of filing an appeal under Regulation 4.1 of the (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum) Regulations, 2022, in respect of his grievance and a writ petition for the purpose would not be entertainable. 3. Having regard to the aforesaid and looking into the provisions that the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy of filing an appeal against the order of the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, we dismiss the writ petition. 4.
