The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(I) Issue a direction to the Additional Civil Judge (J.D) Utroula Balrampur to expedite the disposal of the Regular Suit No. 399 of 2008 Ram Rang Versus Smt. Sukhpati & others for cancellation of sale deed filed by the plaintiff in year 2008 for the land situated in Village-Gawalior Grint, Pergana-Sadullanagar & Tehsil Utroula District-Balrampur within short and reasonable period prescribed by this Hon'ble Court in interest of justice. " 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid case with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
