This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the opposite party no. 3 to release the wife (Rinki) and child of the petitioner in favour of petitioner in the interest of justice. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by Child Welfare Committee-respondent no.3 as well as order passed in appeal before the appropriate Court in accordance with law. 4 Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
