It is the grievance of the petitioner that in spite of registering the F.I.R. being Rajrappa P.S. Case No.150 of 2024, the police is not investigating the case. 3. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that suffice it would be if a direction is given to the Investigating Officer to investigate the case and file a final report as early as possible. 4. Considering the prayer made by the petitioner, I direct the Investigating Officer who is investigating the Rajrappa P.S. Case No.150 of 2024, to investigate and conclude the same at the earliest and file report before the concerned Court without unnecessary delay. 5. The Supervising Authority will supervise and ensure filing of the report at the earliest after conclusion of the investigation. 6.
