Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:13444-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 2191 of 2025 Petitioner :- Triveni Singh Respondent :- Senior Registrar, High Court Allahabad Bench Lko. And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Rajat Pratap Singh Counsel for Respondent :- Gaurav Mehrotra Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. 1. Heard. 2. The petitioner, it appears, was a party in some arbitration proceedings conducted by an Arbitrator appointed by the High Court under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Now, he wants certified copy of the award from the opposite parties, but, the Arbitrator is not a party here. Senior Registrar of the High Court and other Officials are parties. 3. We fail to understand as to how the certified copy of an award rendered by an Arbitrator can be given by the High Court. The petitioner may approach the Arbitrator by moving an application seeking a signed copy of the award which the Arbitrator is obliged to provide under Section 31 (5) of the Act, 1996. 4. The petition is disposed of. [Om Prakash Shukla, J.] [Rajan Roy, J.] Order Date :- 5.3.2025 Santosh/- Digitally signed by :- SANTOSH KUMAR High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
