The allegation is that the Gram Pradhan is undertaking construction of a compost-pit in the Bhumidhari Land of the petitioner. The petitioner should approach the opp. party No. 4/Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Unnao by way of an application raising his grievance, which shall be got inquired, facts verified, inspection done and such decision as is required in law for protection of Bhumidhari Land of the petitioner shall be taken, however, if it is found that pit is being dug on some other land, and not on Bhumidhari Land of the petitioner, the matter shall rest as it is, but if it is found that the petitioner's Bhumidhari land is being interfered, then needful shall be ensured by the S.D.M. and the local Police Authorities. It is made clear that we have not decided the title or possession of the petitioner over his Bhumidhari Land and our order shall not prejudice any other person, who may be claiming any such right or interest in said Bhumidhari Land.
