Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: " (I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to remove illegal encroachment made by opposite parties no. 6 & 7 over the public roads leading to the temple of Lord Shankar by placing bamboo sticks, situated in Village Nandrasi, Pargana & Tehsil-Fatehpur, District Barabanki." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions, which are taken on record, states that the petitioner wants the right of access on a private land, which cannot be granted by the Tehsil Authorities. 4. In view of the said instructions, no relief can be granted in the present petition. In case the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may take such steps as may be advised under law for seeing redressal of his grievance. 5. The petition is disposed of in terms of the above.
